The purpose is to deliver the site securely, reliably and without abuse. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. 3. Spotify players

The discography embeds players from Spotify AB, Regeringsgatan 19, 111 53 Stockholm, Sweden. They are embedded directly. When a player loads, your browser may therefore connect to Spotify and transmit information including your IP address, the page requested, browser and device information, and cookie or similar identifiers. If you are signed in to Spotify, Spotify may associate the visit with your account.

The purpose is to make the music playable on this website. Our legal basis for embedding the player is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Where Spotify stores information on or reads information from your device, the additional requirements of § 25 TDDDG apply. We do not control the scope, retention period or further use of data by Spotify.

4. YouTube videos

Live videos are embedded through YouTube, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. A YouTube player is loaded only after you select a city that has a video. Google then receives information including your IP address, the page requested, and browser or device information. Google may use cookies or similar technologies and may associate the data with your Google account when you are signed in.

The purpose is to play the live recording you requested. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; access to information on your device is also governed by § 25 TDDDG. Google is responsible for its further processing.

5. Booking enquiries by email

The contact form does not submit data to a website server. It opens your own email application and prepares a message there. Only if you send that email do we process your details to answer the enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual or pre-contractual enquiries and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Correspondence is deleted when it is no longer needed and no statutory retention duty applies.

6. Cookies and first-party analytics

This website itself uses no analytics or marketing cookies and performs no first-party audience measurement. Embedded Spotify and YouTube services may use cookies or similar technologies as described above.

7. International transfers

OpenAI, Google and their technical service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where no adequacy decision applies, the providers state that they use safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Spotify may also process data internationally; its linked policy applies.

8. Your rights

Subject to the legal requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You may withdraw consent at any time for the future. To exercise a right, contact the email address stated above.

9. Right to complain

You may complain to a data-protection supervisory authority. The authority at the controller’s place of establishment is the Saxon Data Protection and Transparency Commissioner, Maternistraße 17, 01067 Dresden, Germany.
